How can I check the status of my return?
To check the status of your return, enter your order number and zip code in the Returns Center, or log into your account to find your order. Once you find your order click the Track Return link to see your package's progress back to us.
Once your package is delivered, we will process the return in four days and you’ll receive an email confirming the credit. Please allow your bank 3-5 business days to post the credit to your account.
In response to COVID-19, Brooks is taking added precautions with our returns center to ensure employee wellness. Once received, returns are quarantined before allowed into processing.
How long does it take for a refund to be processed?
Please allow up to 3 business days for your refund to appear in your account once processed. Most often, returns sent through FedEx Ground are received in 5-7 business days.
In case FedEx does not service your area, you can use our pre-paid return label at USPS as well. We strongly suggest using FedEx for the fastest delivery to our Returns Center.
If you would like your return credit expedited, feel free to give us a call as soon as the tracking shows movement. This is usually one calendar day after the order is sent back through USPS or FedEx, and at this point any of our representatives would love to credit your order. Please remember to have your order number ready when calling for this service.
