Why are certain runDisney® products on sale now?
- We ended up having some inventory left over in select styles and sizes from our original selling windows, allowing us the opportunity to sell what is remaining so more runners can enjoy these shoes!
I purchased runDisney shoes when they were on sale before and now they are discounted. Can I get a price match?
- No, we are not price matching previous runDisney orders. Since our runDisney products are limited edition with limited inventory, these products do not qualify for a price match.
The style or size I am looking for is out of stock. When will there be a restock?
- We are selling a limited amount of product online of inventory remaining from the runDisney Health & Fitness Expo. Certain designs will be back for multiple race events while many won't be restocked. Sign up to be notified of future updates in the "Notify me" banner on this page!
Can I purchase runDisney shoes at any retail locations?
- No, these shoes are only being sold at the runDisney Health & Fitness Expo during race weekends, and we are selling any excess inventory from the Expo on brooksrunning.com for a limited time.
What if I want to return my runDisney product?
- Purchases from the runDisney Health & Fitness Expo are not eligible to be returned for a refund. If you are interested in an exchange, please reach out to our Runner Experience team, and we will do our best to get you taken care of! This is a limited release, so we cannot guarantee replacement with runDisney product.
