If you wish to make any changes to the information in your account, log in here, then select the respective areas you would like to edit. Please note that edits in your brooksrunning.com account do not apply to orders. To update the email address associated with your account, navigate to Personal Details. Delete the email address present and enter your new email address along with your current password, then click apply. You will be redirected to your account homepage upon completion. Please note: your email address is tied to your order history, and updating your email address may result in loss of order history. Please do not change your email address unless you understand and accept that you may lose your order history.
To enter your birthday for your annual Brooks Run Club birthday gift, navigate to Personal Details and scroll down to the Marketing preferences section. Fill out your birthday and click apply. If your birthday is already filled out and is incorrect, we would be happy to correct it for you.
