While all of our bras are machine washable, here are some tips to give your sports bra a longer life:

• Fasten any hooks before putting your bra in the washing machine.
• Machine wash cold on the gentle/delicate cycle.
• Hang or line dry. Avoid dryers, as they wear down the fabric and sweat-wicking materials more quickly.
• If you do use the dryer, do not use fabric softeners or dryer sheets.
• A sports bra should be replaced approximately every 12 months, depending on how often it's used. If you can't read the care label anymore, it's time for an update!
