What information do I need to provide?
To process your request, we may need:
- Your name (as it appears in our records)
- Email address associated with your Brooks account
- Phone number (if available)
- Specific details about your request
For your security, we may ask for additional verification before processing certain requests. We are legally obligated to verify your identity before deleting, correcting, or providing you with any personal information.
How long will it take?
- Most requests are completed within 30 days
- Complex requests may take additional time (we'll notify you if additional time is needed)
