Brooks ReStart is a program offering new homes for gently used shoes before they’ve run their last mile. It's also a way we provide customers with a more sustainable and affordable way to purchase Brooks products.
Why buy used?
Not only is Brooks ReStart easier on the wallet, but it’s also easier on the environment; products are purchased in a circular commerce model by recapturing and reducing material waste. And there's no need to worry about the quality of your gear, as we only offer shoes in "Like New," "Great," or "Good" condition and all these gently used options still have plenty of miles left to go. Your purchase from Brooks ReStart will also help fund future sustainability initiatives.
How does it work?
To purchase our gently used shoes, please visit the Brooks ReStart page. If your purchase isn't the right fit, Brooks ReStart orders can be returned within 30 days of purchase through the ReStart Returns Portal for a refund. Direct exchanges are not offered, but you are more than welcome to return and repurchase within the 30-day timeframe.
Questions?
Brooks ReStart functions like its own independent department, which means any Brooks-related promotions and/or discounts cannot be applied to ReStart purchases.
