From time to time, we run promotions that require a promo code to be entered. These can come from marketing notifications from us (check out the footer on our homepage to sign up!), being a part of the Brooks Run Club, or by catching special sales we are running.
To add a promo code you received, add eligible items to your cart and navigate to your Shopping Cart when you are ready to begin the checkout process.
While viewing your cart, locate the “Summary” section (this will be on the right-hand side of the page when viewing on a desktop computer, or underneath the items in your shopping cart accessible by scrolling on your mobile device). Under “Summary,” you will find the text “+ Enter promo code.” Click this to expand a field in which you can enter your code.
We find it easiest to copy your code from the screen you received it and then paste it into the promo code field at checkout, but you can also type your code into the field. Once your code is entered, click the black-and-white arrow to the right of the promo code field to submit the code. You should see a green message noting that the code has been applied shown above the promo code field and the discount applied to all eligible items in your cart. If you receive a message in red text, there may be an error with your code or the eligibility of the items in your cart.
Here are some reminders and troubleshooting tips when applying promo codes:
- Promo codes are case-sensitive, require the use of the dashes (-), cannot include any blank spaces at the beginning or end of the code, and must be entered and applied prior to placing your order.
- Promo codes are subject to restrictions and may not apply to all items. Be sure to double-check the terms and conditions of the code offer to ensure the items in your cart are eligible and the promotion is still active.
