If you cannot locate this email, check for the subject line “A shipment is on its way!” from Brooks Running in your inbox. We also recommend checking other folders like spam/junk and promotions.
If you still cannot find a shipping confirmation email, we recommend checking other email addresses you may have used. Certain payment methods like PayPal and Apple Pay will override the email address provided with whatever email address is associated with that account.
You can also use our Order Lookup tool to track the status of your order using your order number and the email address provided during checkout.
