Our distribution center works very fast to get your gear picked, packed, and shipped. Because of this, we are unable to cancel or change orders once submitted, including changing the shipping method. If you realize your selected shipping method is not expected to arrive on time, we recommend placing a new order with the correct shipping method, and then returning the order that arrives too late via our free returns.
To start a return, visit our Returns Center and enter your order number and email address used at checkout. You will receive a prepaid return label that can be used at the USPS or FedEx. Refunds will be confirmed via email no later than two business days from the receipt of the return. Please allow three to five business days for the credit to be processed through banking systems to your original form of payment. If you’ve placed your order and notice there is an error in your shipping address or email address, we can help! Though we can’t change details on the existing order, we have some workarounds we can use to make sure your gear arrives safely and you have all of the information you need about your shipment.
