- Check the carrier tracking link for delivery details, including date/time, location, and any additional notes. The delivery photo can help determine whether the package was delivered correctly or not.
- If you recognize the delivery photo, please check that location and the surrounding area. If nothing is found, please contact us so we can assist!

- If there are no helpful details or tracking does not include a delivery photo, then try the following:
- Check around your property—sometimes delivery workers will try to place a package in a location that is less visible to passersby.
- Check with your family members, neighbors, or any leasing or office staff in your building to see if they may have received it on your behalf.
