If your tracking information shows as delivered but you cannot locate your package, we suggest following these steps:
- Check around your property - sometimes delivery workers will try and place a package in a location that is less visible to passersby.
- Ask your friends/family/neighbors or any leasing or office staff in your building to see if they may have received it by mistake.
- Verify the address on your order to make sure there are no errors/typos.
Sometimes a carrier will incorrectly mark a package as delivered. If you have followed these steps and still cannot locate your package after 48 hours of it being marked as delivered, we would be happy to assist further!
