Our Distribution Center works fast to get you out on your next run. We are unable to cancel or change orders once submitted but we will always do the very best we can to process your request if possible.
It is best to reach out immediately if you need to attempt to cancel your order. You can message or chat, but for the fastest service, we suggest to call during business hours.
If we are not able to cancel the order, please use this link to generate a return label to return your package upon arrival. It would be great if we could cancel items before they ship, but our warehouse was not designed with this ability and functions somewhat like a one-way street.
