Once orders are placed, they cannot be canceled or changed in any way.
Our fulfillment system is optimized to process your order as seamlessly and efficiently as possible, and, while this most often works in your favor (you get your gear quickly!), it does mean that cancelations and changes are not possible. Even if you see that your order is still processing and hasn’t shipped, it is not possible for us to change or cancel the order.
We offer free returns with our Run Happy Promise, so if you’ve made a mistake or changed your mind, don’t worry – you can still send back your order for a full refund. You can initiate your return on our website by visiting the Returns center. You’ll be able to generate your return label once your order has shipped.
If you’ve placed your order and notice there is an error in your shipping address or email address, we can help! Though we can’t change details on the existing order, we have some workarounds we can use to make sure your gear arrives safely and you have all of the information you need about your shipment.
