You will receive an order confirmation with your order details at the email address provided during checkout once your order is placed. If you cannot locate this email, we advise the following:
- Check your emails for the subject line “Your Brooks order BRU######## confirmation” from Brooks Running (please note: BRU######## will be your unique order number).
- Check other folders like spam/junk and promotions.
- Check other email addresses you may have used. Certain payment methods like PayPal and Apple Pay will override the email address provided with whatever email address is associated with that account.
- Use our Order Lookup tool to track the status of your order using your order number and the email address provided during checkout.
If you’ve exhausted these options, it is possible there was a typo in your email address, your order was not completed, or your order was not placed through brooksrunning.com. All orders placed directly through Brooks Running (brooksrunning.com) will have an order number that begins with BRU, or BKS if purchased through Brooks ReStart (for assistance with Brooks ReStart orders, please contact our ReStart team here.)
If you placed an order and received an order number that does not begin with BRU or BKS, we recommend checking your bank statement to locate the seller information.
