If you want to shop online but don't want to wait for your gear to arrive, we have a solution! Through our partnership with Locally.com, you can shop on our website and pick up your gear at a retail store near you.
Here’s how it works:

Choose your product. Go to the product page on brooksrunning.com and select your preferred color, size, and width (if applicable).

Find local availability. Do not add the item to your cart. Instead, look for “Find the (product name) in store” located below the "Add to Cart" button. Click “show all local options” to see available stores near you.

Search by location. Enter your zip code in the "Search for stores near this location" field.

Check stock. Look for the yellow banner "Item Is in Stock!" to locate stores that have your desired product in stock. Please note that if you don’t see this banner, no local stores have the exact product you selected. You can still select a store to see what they have in stock.

Select your store and purchase option. Click on the store where you'd like to pick up your gear, then select your purchase option. Click "Add to Cart," "Buy Now," or "Reserve It" to proceed.

Complete checkout. You may be redirected to the store's website or stay on the Brooks x Locally screen. If redirected, make sure you choose the store pickup option. Continue with checkout or reservation of your gear.
- Pick up your order. The retailer will contact you by email or phone when your order is ready.
If you have an issue with your order, please contact the retail store first, as they capture your payment, manage the final transaction, and fulfill the order. If they're unable to help, reach out to our Runner Experience team, and we'll be happy to assist further.
