A Brooks eGift Card is the perfect way to treat that special person in your life who needs some new gear, especially if you don't know exactly what to get them.
Brooks eGift Cards can be purchased in preset amounts between $25 to $500 and applied to orders much like a credit card. This gives the recipient the ability to choose what they'd like and the power to easily make returns and exchanges on their own.
To purchase a Brooks eGift Card:
- Go to our eGift Card page and select “Purchase an eGift card.”
- Fill out the required fields. Please do not add any special characters to the name fields like symbols or emojis as our system will not accept them.
- Click “Add to cart.” This will redirect you to your shopping cart.
- Verify the details of the eGift Card are correct and then click “Checkout.”
- Proceed through the checkout steps.
Once an eGift Card order has been placed, the recipient will receive an email within 24 hours once the order is processed with their card number and a 4-digit PIN to use at checkout (please note that in rare circumstances processing may take up to 72 hours depending on your credit card company). If you would like to send the eGift Card at a later date or have the peace of mind that it’s been sent, set the recipient email as your own so that you receive it instead. This message can then be forwarded to your recipient on the date you would like them to receive it.
Brooks eGift Cards are only available in a digital format, and we do not offer an option to have a physical card sent. If you would prefer to give the eGift Card in physical form, you can have it sent to your own email where it can be printed and given to the recipient at the time of your choosing.
eGift Cards are final sale. Once an eGift Card is purchased, it cannot be refunded. Orders placed with eGift Cards are eligible for return and a new eGift Card will be issued in the amount used on the original order.
