Our Runner Experience team will make every effort with our Returns Center to recover and return your items; however, we can’t guarantee the items will be located. If more than 30 days have passed since the item was delivered to the Returns Center, the item may have been donated, recycled, or otherwise disposed of based on our standard operating procedures.
