Brooks Return Policy
At Brooks, we know we make the best running gear in the world, and we are willing to stand behind that belief with a return policy to match.
Brooks offers the Run Happy Promise - a promise that you'll love your gear, and if you don't we will take it back for 90 days after purchase. Run in it, sweat in it, inside, outside, in the rain - if it doesn't perform the way it should, send it back.
Unworn items can be returned for one full year from the date of purchase.
Please note that the expected lifespan of performance running shoes is 300-500 miles, which can vary based on weather, surface, temperature, etc. Running shoes are designed and manufactured for forwards linear movement, so other uses (for example, other sports which may require lots of lateral movement) may result in wear that is unexpected.
Sports bras/apparel (especially those used in heavy rotation) are generally ready for replacement after one year.
How do I return an item?
We offer free returns for refunds within 90-days of purchase if you don't love your new Brooks gear - even after you've run & sweat in it! Any unworn items can be returned up to one year after purchase.
To print the return label, go to our Returns Center, and enter your order number and email address. You'll be able to choose what you want to return and print your label.
How do I process an exchange?
How can I check the status of my return?
To check the status of your return, enter your order number and zip code in the Returns Center, or log into your account to find your order and return request. Return tracking and status information is available there.
After you drop your return off with the carrier and they scan the label, our system will begin processing your return, and you will be sent an email within 2 business days confirming a receipt of return. Please allow up to 3 business days for your refund to appear in your account once confirmed via email.
How long does it take for a refund to be processed?
Once your package is scanned by FedEx, we will process your refund for your return. Please allow up to 3 business days for your refund to appear in your account once confirmed via email. Email confirmation will be sent no later than 2 business days from when Brooks receives the return.
In case FedEx does not service your area, you can use our pre-paid return label at USPS as well. We strongly suggest using FedEx for the fastest delivery to our returns center.
Error Generating Return Label
If you are encountering an error or are unable to use the Returns Center, please contact our Customer Support team for assistance in returning your package.
I lost my return label, what do I do?
You can reprint a return label in a couple of ways:
1.) Access your email and locate the label that was sent directly to you when you originally requested a return. To find this go to your inbox and look for an email titled 'Your Brooks Running return instructions' which includes a link to a printable PDF. If you cannot locate it in your inbox it may have gone to your spam folder
2.) Log in to your account and go to the "Orders and Returns" section to download your label
3.) Go to the Returns Center and enter your order number and email address under the 'Track a return' section. Under 'Items in your return' you will be able to click a link to download and print your label.
Schedule a Return Pick Up
It's always nice to get door-to-door service when you've got a lot to run with. USPS offers pick-up on returns for when you are unable to drop off your return. Our return labels are pre-paid via FedEx Ground Economy with USPS, which delivers them to FedEx to finish the return delivery. This can take longer than returning via FedEx with the same label.

Please discuss return options with the store you purchased the product at, as they generally will be able to honor our Run Happy Promise. If that isn't successful, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
